OPPORTUNITIES AT THE US HOLOCAUST MEMORIAL MUSEUM
The Division of Education of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum seeks to train the nation's teachers to encourage their students to learn about the Holocaust, to reflect on its meaning for today, and then to act responsibly as members of the national and global community. Currently their programs, both in Washington, DC and around the country, reach thousands of educators every year.
They offer two workshops free of charge:

* The Arthur and Rochelle Belfer National Conference for Educators:
For teachers with less than five years' experience in teaching about the Holocaust. Participants are responsible for their travel expenses.

* The Museum Teacher Fellowship Program:
A conference for teachers with more than five years' experience in teaching about the Holocaust. An all expenses paid conference that develops leaders in Holocaust education. The application process is highly competitive.

Visit The US Holocaust Memorial Museum for further information.
